F-8E Crusader - Trumpeter 1/32

Dear friends,

This is my F-8E Crusader in 1/32nd scale by Trumpeter.

I am very proud to say that my article about this model was included in Daniel Zamarbide's and AK's latest book "USN Legendary Jets".

The Vought F-8 Crusader, was a single-engine, supersonic jet aircraft, used by U.S. navy and Marine Corps. It was also used by the French Navy. The Crusader was the last American fighter with guns as the primary weapon, earning it the title "The Last of the Gunfighters".

Ohka unpowered trainer K1 - Fine Molds 1/48

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

The Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka (櫻花 Ōka, "cherry blossom"; 桜花 in modern orthography) was a purpose-built, rocket-powered human-guided kamikaze attack aircraft[1]employed by Japan against Allied ships towards the end of World War II. United States sailors gave the aircraft the nickname Baka (ばか, "fool" or "idiot")).

Hi everyone,
This is my last finished model, an Aichi E13a1b "Jake" from the old Nichimo kit in 1/48th scale. I used cockpit detail set by Lone Star Models, since the kit's interior is toy-like, no detail at all and provision for installing an electric motor in order to spin the propeller.

Chevrolet convertible 1937 - Lindberg 1/32

 Hello again my friends!!!

a little of history

Few months ago meanwhile I was looking various original W.W. II era photos I noticed that few "chevies" convertibles where in german army service. Most were in Luftwaffe service like officers' staff cars still on their "civil outfit" but some of them painted in panzer grey without chrome trims to avoid the british/american airplanes.
